The chocolate has a fascinating history. Opinions as to what exactly is chocolate are based on different traditions and lead to long chocolate battle within the European Union. Some countries claim that chocolate cannot contain any other fats than cocoa butter. Is the chocolate containing other vegetable fats a real chocolate? An interesting European story!
