Abstract

The paper clarifies the content of t e concept of citizenship of the European Union, compares it with the national one. It focuses in particular on the rights of EU citizens when they travel, stud , live or work in another EU Member State. Examples of specific cases broaden broaden the understanding of the content of these rights and provide practical guidance.
