TEACHING OF THE EUROPEAN UNION THROUGH CASES

Abstract
The paper is dedicated to the implementation of an interactive method of teaching EU at secondary schools through law cases. The knowledge about EU's core values, principles and objectives would not be lasting and applicable if they are discussed in the classroom only theoretically. It is necessary to supplement the acquired knowledge with specific examples. It is interesting and fascinating to study the EU by examining and discussing various law case. This interactive method is very suitable for increasing the interest and the active participation of students.
