Abstract

The paper presents the fundamental rights of EU citizens - the right to free movement, consumer rights, the right to elect and to be elected, the right to diplomatic and consular protection, rights to complaints, petitions and citizens' initiatives, the right of access to public information as well as the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
